Generate and Approve Monthly Time Cards in the Time Management Work Area

To create monthly time cards, go to My Client Groups > Team Time Cards and My Client Groups > Time Management > Tasks panel Generate Time Cards.

You can't open or edit the monthly time cards in this work area. You can't view the summaries of them either. You can approve them by selecting the relevant time cards and clicking Approve.

Here's what needs to happen for you to open and edit monthly time cards:

  • Create and enable the HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED profile option and the profile option codes for worker, manager, and time and labor manager.
  • Your time entry profile needs to include a responsive UI layout.

After these configurations are complete, if you're a line manager, go to My Teams > Team Time Cards. If you're a time and labor manager, go to My Client Groups > Team Time Cards.
