How You Resolve Time for Transfer

To see which time cards didn't transfer to the appropriate time consumers and any incomplete transfers, go to My Client Groups > Time Management > Tasks panel > Resolve Time for Transfer.

For time cards that failed to transfer, you can see the time consumer and the process submitter. You can also see the time card period, the time entry status, and the failure date and time. To fix any issues with the entries that failed to transfer, click the time card period. Edit the entries on the opened time card and resubmit the time card.

For incomplete time transfer processes, you can reset the time entries so they can transfer the next time the transfer process runs.
