Aggregate Privilege	Description
Manage All Learning Categories and Topics	Allows the user to manage all categories and topics
Manage Employee Communities	Allows to manage employee communities for which the user is an owner or collaborator.
Manage Learning Categories and Topics	Allows the user to manage categories and topics
View All Learning Categories and Topics	Allows the user to view all categories and topics
View Employee Communities	Allows to view public employee communities and communities to which they have been invited.
