1. Inventory your custom assets, learn about the HCM Redwood Personalization Helper tool, and prepare an adoption plan.

   To plan Redwood adoption work, review the changes to your deployment that will need to be addressed:

   • Page changes
   • Personalizations
   • Custom job roles
   • Auto complete rules
   • Feature changes
2. Prepare a test environment for Redwood testing.
3. Make the required changes in the test environment and test thoroughly.
4. Deploy Redwood to production.
