Configure Sales Infolets
Use the reporting and analytics to stay up to date on the key performance indicators (KPIs) through configurable Sales Infolets.
You can view your role-specific details from the infolets. Here's how you configure the Sales Infolets page for the sales manager and salesperson:
For Sales Manager
As sales managers, you can use these infolets to assess team performance.
Before creating the sandbox, ensure you have the permissions to configure Sales Infolets:

Click the user name and go to Manage Sandboxes. Create sandbox and set Active.

Go to the user name and Edit Pages.

Switch to Job Role layer and select value as Sales Manager job role. Click OK.

Navigate to the Sales Infolets page. Click the Infolet Repository icon and deselect the infolets you want to hide.

Go to the Create Infolet, add six infolets, providing the respective title for each and dimensions as 1x1. Click Save and Close.

Click each of the infolets, go to Edit Content in Actions. Add the respective tile views from go to Link Detailed Report in Actions. Add the respective detail report dashboards from Reports and Analytics, BIPresentationServer, Shared Folder, Extension, ORACO, BI Reports.

Click each of the infolets, go to Link Detailed Report in Actions and add the respective report dashboards. For example, Reports and Analytics, BIPresentationServer, Shared Folder, Extension, ORACO, BI Reports folder.

Close Page Composer and publish the sandbox.
For Salesperson
As salesperson, you can view information specific to your role on the Sales Infolets page.
To configure the Sales Infolets page:

Sign in using the administrator role.
Note:Before creating the sandbox, ensure that the role you're modifying is granted to you in Oracle Identity Manager.

Click the user name, and go to Manage Sandboxes. Create sandbox and set Active.

Click the user name again, and go to Edit Pages link. The user doing such modification must be assigned the role for which the modification is being done.

Switch to Job Role layer and select value as salesperson job role. Click OK.

Navigate to Sales Infolets page. Click the Infolet Repository icon and deselect the infolets you want to hide.

Click the Create Infolet and add six infolets, providing the respective title for each and dimensions as 1x1. Click Save and Close.

Go to infolets, Edit Content in Actions and add the respective tile views from
folder. -
Click each of the infolets, go to Edit Detailed Report in Actions and add the respective detail report dashboards from Reports and Analytics, BIPresentationServer, Shared Folder, Extension, ORACO, BI Reports folder.

Close Page Composer and publish the sandbox.
Navigate to Manage Sandboxes to hide the dashboard icon on your home page. Create a sandbox and set it to Active and click the navigator menu and select Structure Link. Now click the Dashboard link and set the value from the drop-down list to No and publish the sandbox.
