Why aren't my route inventories and shipments being displayed?
As sales representative, you must execute appropriate scheduled process for the route inventories and shipments display.
If you don't see your route inventories, perform the following steps:

Run Route Download scheduled process.

Run Appointment Download scheduled process.

On your mobile or tablet application, navigate to Pending Sync and tap Sync Now.

One the sync process is completed, run perform the store visit tasks on the application.

Run Route Upload schedule process.

Add route inventories for the route using the web application.
If your shipments aren't displayed, perform the following steps:

Run Route Download scheduled process.

Run Appointment Download scheduled process.

On your mobile or tablet application, navigate to Pending Sync and tap Sync and Download.

Once the sync process is completed, check if the shipments and shipment lines are being displayed.
Note:Shipments and shipment lines are populated by your ERP system.
