Enable Redwood User Interface

Ensure that the Redwood user interface is available on the environment. This setup is required to simulate a call for agent assistance.

Add Redwood User Interface for Service Promotion

Verify that the Redwood User Interface for Service promotion is available in the environment.

  1. Login to the application as an administrator.

  2. Go to My Enterprise > Enterprise.

  3. Click Manage Promotion Codes.

  4. On the Manage Promotion Codes page, verify whether the Redwood User Interface for Service promotion is available.

    If this promotion isn't available, then click Enter Promotion Code.

  5. Contact Oracle Support to get the promotion code.

    Enter the promotion code that you receive.

  6. Click Save and Close. The Redwood User Interface for Service promotion is now shown on the page.

  7. Click Done on the Manage Promotion codes page.

Enable Redwood User Interface

Follow these steps to enable the Redwood User Interface:

  1. Go to My Enterprise > Offerings.

  2. On the Offerings page, select the Service offering.

  3. Click Opt In Features.

  4. On the Opt In page, enable the Redwood User Interface for Service task.

  5. Click Features.

  6. Enable the Enable Redwood User Interface for Service feature.

    Verify that all the sub-features are also enabled.

  7. Click Done.
