Configure Deceased Estate Layout

You must configure the deceased estate layout.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

  2. Navigate to Application Composer.

  3. Go to Service Request > Pages.

  4. In Creation Page Layouts list, select Default Case Layout, click Duplicate icon, and enter the name as Deceased Estate Layout.

  5. Edit the layout and add Date of Death field.

  6. Click Save.

  7. In Creation Page Layouts list, select Decease Estate Layout, for Case Type value, select Deceased Estate.
