Configure and Use Oracle Integration Application Template for the Deceased-Estate

After downloading the Oracle Integration template for the deceased-estate, perform steps in the following sections.

Set Up Users in Oracle Integration

You must set up users in Oracle Integration using Oracle Identity Cloud Service. Detailed steps related to setting up users are available in the Oracle Identity Cloud Service Configuration section in this chapter.

Set Up Dynamic Process Application

You must set up dynamic process application. Setting up dynamic process application comprises of the following four broad steps:

  1. Creating an Application:

    Following are the steps to create an application:

    1. Sign into Oracle Integration Composer.

    2. Click Applications.

    3. Import the predefined Inheritance Management application.

    4. Drill down to the application.

    5. Drill down to the Inheritance Management process.

    6. Click Edit button for edit mode.

    7. Configure the application wherever required. See Oracle Integration guide for details.

  2. Configuring Integration:

    Following are the steps to configure integration:

    1. Navigate to Integrations page.

    2. Drill down to REST Connector.

    3. Change the URL to point to the correct Oracle CX Sales instance.

    4. Click Security tab, select APP Id - Basic Authentication.

    5. Create new keystore credential using the Oracle CX Sales credential.

    Note:

    The Oracle CX Sales user must have the full access to all contacts and service requests.

  3. Testing and Publishing the Application:

    Following are the steps to test and publish the application:

    1. After the configuration is completed, click Save.

    2. Click Test button.

    3. Verify and ensure that there are no errors.

      Note:

      In case there are any warnings, you need not take any action.

    4. Click Publish button.

    5. In case there's no change to publish, proceed to the next step of activating the application.

  4. Activating the Application:

    Following are the steps to activate the application:

    1. Click Activate button to navigate to the Activation page.

    2. Click Activate a new version button.

    3. Go through the questionnaire steps. For Select a snapshot leave the default choice of Last published version selected.

    4. Click Customize button.

    5. For Security, select Use design-time credentials and certificates or select the App Id - Basic Auth, enter a new key with OIC credential, or select a predefined one.

    6. Click Validate button.

    7. Click Options button.

    8. Provide a revision number and select Force default.

    9. Click Active button.

    10. Click Finish after the application is activated.
