Prepare Environment for Application Composer Configuration for Case Management

You must prepare the environment with the required roles and their role codes for the adaptive case management application composer configuration.

Following are the steps:

1. Create a user with the following roles assigned.

   Customer Relationship Management Application Administrator	ORA_ZCA_CUSTOMER_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB	CRM; Application Composer
   Sales Administrator	ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB	Not applicable
   Application Implementation Consultant	ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB	Page Integration

2. Enable Portable Metadata profile option if you're using portable metadata.

3. Create a sandbox environment and use it.
