Set Up Profile Options for Contact Type

You must set up profile options for contact type.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

  2. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

    • Functional Area: Application Extensions

    • Task: Manage Administrator Profile Values

  3. Search for ZCA_DEFAULT_CONTACT_TYPE profile option code.

  4. Set the Profile Option value to Customer.
