Verification and Diagnoses

You must enable runtime messages for verification and diagnoses.

Following are the steps:

1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

2. Navigate to Application Composer.

3. To enable runtime messages, go to Common Setup > Run Time Message.

4. Select Enable Application Script Logging.

5. Go to Service Request and go to a record detail page.

6. Click the action button added in previous steps.

7. Cancel the record.

8. Navigate to Application Composer.

9. Go to Common Setup > Run Time Message.

10. Verify the messages logged by println code in Object Function Groovy code.
