Cancel Orders

You can cancel the orders that are in the open and submitted status. The consumer goods mobile application must be synchronized with the server for the order created on mobile to reflect in the Consumer Goods web application.

To cancel an order:

The ERP application accepts order cancellations.

1. Sign in as the sales representative.

2. Click the Orders icon and select an order.

3. Click Cancel Order.

4. Click Save and Close.
