Deployments Page

The Deployments page in Intelligent Advisor Hub is where all the projects that have been deployed are displayed. This includes both Policy Modeling projects deployed from within Policy Modeling and decision service and flow projects deployed from the Projects page in the Hub.

The Deployments page is accessed by clicking either the View all deployments link in the Deployments column on the dashboard page, or Deployments in the Navigation Pane.

Note: The Deployments page is only accessible by users with an Author, Manager or Viewer role.

On the Deployments page you can:

• Use the up arrow to navigate back to the dashboard page
• Use the search field to filter the list of deployments by name, workspace or namespace
• View all deployed projects. For each deployment, the following information is displayed:
  • deployment type:

    • Policy Modeling project deployments are shown with a icon

    • decision service project deployments are shown with a icon
    • flow project deployments are shown with one of the following icons: dialog, chat, workflow, task, request, flow. This icon is configured in the flow scheme settings.
  • name
  • workspace
  • channels that the deployment has been activated on:
    • interviews are shown with a icon
    • web service endpoints are shown with a icon
    • chat services are shown with a icon
    • active debug logging is shown with a icon
  • namespace (if the project is in a namespace)
  • status (Activated, Activated in compatibility mode or Inactive). Currently activated deployments are shown with a icon. Non-activated deployments are shown with a icon. Deployments with a warning are shown by a yellow warning icon. This could indicate that the deployment has been activated in compatibility mode and/or that the deployment has recently used APIs that are scheduled for removal.
  • 30 day trend indicators
• Sort the data by clicking on the up/down arrows in any of the column headings
• See charts showing site statistics
• Click on a deployment name to view and edit the details for that deployment. For more information, see View or change deployed projects in Intelligent Advisor Hub.
• Click the interview icon to launch the interview for the deployment. For more information, see Test an Activated Interview.
• Click the web service icon to show the endpoints for the web services for that deployment. For more information, see Run a Web Service (for Policy Modeling project deployments) or Run a Project as a Decision Service (for decision service project deployments).
• (Managers only) Click on the menu for a deployment to delete the deployment.
• Click on a chart to open the Site Statistics view for that metric. For more information, see View Site-Wide Deployment Statistics.
• Click Add chart to create a new deployment statistics chart that will be displayed on the Deployments page. For more information, see Add a Deployment Statistics Chart.
