Troubleshoot Connector Framework Web Service Connection Interviews

To enable troubleshooting of data-bound Intelligent Advisor interviews, errors and warnings that occur during data loading and saving via a connector framework web service connection are logged to Intelligent Advisor Hub. These errors are available to Connections administrators in the Message log.

Connector framework web service connector interview errors can be split into two broad categories:

• Errors shown at the start of an Intelligent Advisor interview
• Errors shown when a Submit button is clicked in an Intelligent Advisor interview

Note that a web service connection will timeout if:

• it takes more than one minute to make a web service connection for a Load, Save, SetCheckpoint, GetCheckpoint, or ExecuteQuery action, or
• after making the connection, it takes more than five minutes to transfer the data for a Load, Save, SetCheckpoint, GetCheckpoint, or ExecuteQuery action.

The CheckAlive timeout is 30 seconds, and the metadata timeout is 120 seconds (configurable using the wsc_req_timeout_for_metadata configuration property).
