The selected filters can result in no records being available. The currently applied filters can be quickly cleared with the Clear filter button.

Click Create.
Named record lists that reference the Category source can configure which fields are used for the name and identity of references. (These are the names that will appear when authoring, as well as how values are correlated when invoking decision services.) Further settings can be used to filter the set of category records in the list.
To configure a Category article record list, in the New named record list drawer:
-
In the Source drop-down list, select Category under Objects.
-
In the Name field drop down list, select the name field.
-
In the Identity field drop-down list, select the identity.
-
(Optional) Apply filters:
-
In the Stripe drop-down list, select the stripe.
-
In the Business unit drop-down list, select the business unit.
-
In the Root category drop-down list, select the root category in the hierarchy. This limits the set of records that belong to that root category. The Root category field is also filtered by the other filter fields.
-
Knowledge article record lists can be filtered by the content type or stripe. Neither of these filter fields are required to be set and are present to just limit the set of records that will be presented to a consumer of the record list.
To configure a Knowledge article record list, in the New named record list drawer:
-
In the Source drop-down list, select Knowledge article under Objects.
-
(Optional) Apply filters:
-
In the Stripe drop-down list, select the stripe.
-
In the Content type drop-down list, select the type.
-
Product record lists can be filtered by product type or product status. These two filter fields are independent of each other and are populated from the Fusion instance.
To configure a Product record list, in the New named record list drawer:
-
In the Source drop-down list, select Product under Objects.
-
(Optional) Apply filters:
-
In the Product type drop-down list, select the type.
-
In the Product status drop-down list, select the status.
-
The Other lookup option allows arbitrary Fusion standard lookups to be mapped.
To configure an Other lookup record list, in the New named record list drawer:
-
In the Source drop-down list, select Other lookup under Lookups.
-
In the Lookup drop-down list, select the Fusion lookup. Tip: You can type in this field to filter the results.
