Oracle Fusion Named Record Lists

Named record lists can be loaded from Oracle Fusion connections. This enables an easier integration with external data sources by allowing rules to be written in terms of more meaningful concepts such as "High", "Medium" and "Low", instead of "ORA_SVC_SEV1", "ORA_SVC_SEV2", and "ORA_SVC_SEV3".
