Add an Interview to Agent Interfaces

Once a Policy Modeling project has been deployed as an Intelligent Advisor interview via an Intelligent Advisor Hub, the Intelligent Advisor interview can be added to Oracle B2C Service agent interfaces, such as Service Console and Agent Browser User Interface. To do this you need to:

  1. Create a New Custom Workspace
  2. Add the Intelligent Advisor Control to the Workspace
  3. Configure the Intelligent Advisor Control
  4. Provide Access to the Workspace
  5. Test the Workspace

Tip: The Student Benefits example project that is installed with Policy Modeling is designed for use with Oracle B2C Service agent interfaces.

Note: Data can be passed to and from Intelligent Advisor interviews using standard data mapping. However, when data must be synchronized during the interview, this can be achieved using the Agent Browser User Interface extensibility framework. For more information, see Example: Dynamic Integration with Intelligent Advisor. Note also that POST is not supported when launching a secure interview from Service Console and Agent Browser User Interface.
