Interviews In Customer Portal
Once a Policy Modeling project has been optionally selected to be for B2C contacts, and deployed as an interview, the interview can be embedded into Oracle B2C Service Customer Portal as follows:
- Interviews for Contacts can be embedded using the Intelligent Advisor Widget. For more information, see Embed an Interview In Customer Portal for Contacts. Note that:
- Latest Version interviews are displayed inline using Intelligent Advisor widget version 1.3, without the use of an inline frame.
- Interviews with August 2016 version styling or interviews that use Intelligent Advisor widget version 1.2 are embedded in an inline frame.
- Interviews for anonymous users can be embedded without using a widget. For more information, see Embed an Interview In Customer Portal for Anonymous Users.
