Integrate with Siebel
Siebel provides an integration framework that allows Intelligent Advisor interviews to be embedded in any Siebel application using a div. With this div-based approach, any customer can leverage the framework and extend it to implement any policy based solution. The framework includes workflows which can be cloned and customized based on requirements. With div-based embedded interviews, the Intelligent Advisor interview is embedded inside a DIV tag in an applet, appearing on an interview view in the Siebel CRM application. Interview styling, rules and data mapping are defined on the Intelligent Advisor side.
Examples of use cases for embedding Intelligent Advisor interviews are:

In Siebel Public Sector Self Service, where a member of the public wants to assess their eligibility for certain benefits (Screen for Services scenario) and then, if qualified, decides to apply for those benefits (Apply for Benefits scenario).

In the Siebel Mobile application for Siebel Financial Services, where a customer of a financial institution wants help analyzing their financial needs (Needs Analysis scenario) and reviewing recommendations for financial products or services (Application Capture scenario).
Configurable Siebel CRM workflow processes and sample seed data are provided that support the interview sessions for these scenarios.
To embed an interview in a Siebel application:

In Intelligent Advisor, ensure that the Prerequisites for Adding an Interview to Siebel have been met.
