Configure Deployment Charts

Intelligent Advisor Hub comes with nine preset chart types. Alternatively, you can create custom charts for any metric. All of the preset charts show data for the last 30 days only. (The only exception is the Batch assessment rate chart which shows data for the last 72 hours only.) Custom charts can show data from anywhere in the past 24 hours to 2 years ago. Note that the server time is used for all statistics to ensure consistency of reporting.

Authors and Managers can configure the site statistics charts for the whole site and for individual deployments. On the deployment charts, you can compare data between deployment versions, as well as between other deployments.

Note: By default, statistic charts include data for deactivated deployments and versions.

To configure a chart:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Deployments Page.
  2. To change:
    • a site statistics chart, click on the chart that you wish to change.
    • a deployment specific chart, click a deployment name. Then on the deployment details page, click on the chart that you wish to change.

The statistics view will be shown displaying the chart for the site or for the chosen deployment.

  3. In the Preset drop-down list, select the chart type.

  4. Under Chart type, select the button for the display format. The options are:

    • Line graph (not available for Screens visited and Time spent per screen charts)

    • Column graph (not available for Screens visited and Time spent per screen charts)

    • Bar graph (only available for Screens visited and Time spent per screen charts)

    • Table

  5. (Optional) Under Deployments, click the Add button to select:

    • (for whole site charts) the deployments to include in the chart
    • (for individual deployment charts) the versions of the chosen deployment to include in the chart.

If specific deployments or versions are not added, then the chart will by default display all deployments or all versions. The default for the Screens visited chart and Time spent per screen chart is to display the active version if there is no selected version.

Note that for whole site charts, you cannot select deployments that you do not have access to on the Deployments page. However, all statistics, including deleted and deployments you may not have access to, will be included in the chart.

For individual deployment charts, deleted versions cannot be selected from the versions list. However, deleted deployment versions will be included in the chart statistics.

  6. For custom charts only, specify the additional settings required. See Custom charts for more information.

  7. Click the Apply button. The chart on the Deployments page or deployment details page is updated to use the newly configured chart.

Tip: Where the chart is displayed as a table, you can generally sort the data by clicking on the direction arrow in the column heading. Where multiple deployments are shown on a chart, you can hover your mouse over the deployment name below the chart to highlight the relevant data elements in the chart.
