Download the Debug Log for a Deployment

Managers can download an entire deployment debug log or a single event within the log.

Download the debug log

To download the debug log for a deployment:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Deployments Page.
  2. Click the deployment name. The deployment details page is displayed.
  3. Click the Actions menu and select View debug log. The Debug log page for that deployment is displayed.
  4. In the DEBUG LOG HISTORY panel, click the action menu for the log and select Download. A ZIP file is downloaded. The ZIP file contains an ordered list of sub-files representing all events recorded for the selected debug log. Each XML sub-file contains the data recorded for the identified event.

Tip: You can also download the debug log from the debug events page by clicking the Actions menu and selecting Download debug log.

Download a debug event

To download a specific debug event within a debug log:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Deployments Page.
  2. Click the deployment name. The deployment details page is displayed.
  3. Click the Actions menu and select View debug log. The Debug log page for that deployment is displayed.
  4. In the DEBUG LOG HISTORY panel, click the Log UID for the log.

  5. On the events page, click the action menu for the event that you want to download and select Download event. An XML file is downloaded. The file contains the data recorded for the event.
