Download Usage Data

Usage data can be downloaded for analysis offline. To do this:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Deployments Page.
  2. To download the usage data for:
    • a site statistics chart, click on the chart.
    • a deployment specific chart, click a deployment name. Then on the deployment details page, click on the chart.

    The statistics view will be shown displaying the chart for the site or for the chosen deployment.

  3. Under Deployments, click the Add button to select:

    • (for whole site charts) the deployments whose data you want to download
    • (for individual deployment charts) the versions of the chosen deployment whose data you want to download

  4. Click the Actions menu and select Download chart data.
  5. In the Download chart data dialog select:
    • the type of data. The options are Agents by date, Assessment rate by date, Assessments by date, Interviews by duration, Interviews by length or Sessions by date. For deployment specific charts, there are additional options: Interview screens by time spent and Interview screens by type of visit.
    • whether to include agent and/or non-agent interviews. For Sessions by date, there is also the option to include web services.
    • (for date-based data) the time granularity for the downloaded data. The options are Hour, Day or Month.
    • the date range for the downloaded data.

    Note that data for deleted deployments will be included. For whole site charts, data for deployments you may not have access to will also be included.

  6. Click the Download button. The file will be downloaded as a CSV (comma-separated value) file which can be opened in Microsoft Excel (or any application supporting CSV file format).

Tip: Similar chart data is also available using the Statistics REST API.
