Extend B2C Service with Intelligent Advisor Interviews

Intelligent Advisor provides built-in connectivity with Oracle B2C Service for use by customers, agents or both.

Using Intelligent Advisor within Oracle B2C Service Customer Portal:

  • Customers can be anonymous, or logged in as authenticated users (Contacts)
  • Intelligent Advisor interviews can be embedded in answers, or embedded directly on a page
  • Incidents and other B2C Service objects can be created and updated
