Extend Oracle Fusion with Intelligent Advisor Interviews

Intelligent Advisor can be connected to Oracle Fusion for use by agents/employees, customers or both. Intelligent Advisor interviews can be used for personalized self-service advice, and for simple and complex requests and issue resolution with Oracle Fusion.

Data can be loaded from Oracle Fusion into the interview and saved back to Oracle Fusion when the interview is submitted.
