Overview of Developing Web Interviews
Intelligent Advisor web interviews can be integrated into other applications, with data loaded and saved to the connected application if required. The look and feel of your interview can be configured for a seamless customer experience.
Interviews can be easily integrated in the following ways:

In Oracle Fusion:

Interviews can be launched from a button or action menu item in agent or employee classic interfaces. For more information, see Interviews for Agents and Employees.

Interviews can be added for logged-in users in Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS) using an Oracle Visual Builder web application. For more information, see Interviews for Customers.

In Oracle B2C Service:

Data can be provided before the interview starts, collected from the user by interacting with interview screens, determined by the project itself, stored when the interview ends, and saved during the interview as a snapshot or checkpoint of the current interview state.
