Provide Anonymous Advice

Intelligent Advisor web interviews can be run anonymously. That is, interviews can be run without a user being logged in. Use cases for anonymous interviews include web-based advice of likely eligibility for government benefits, financial products, assistance services, visas etc, in which customers are provided with indicative advice without having to proceed through a formal application process.

To allow an interview to run anonymously, do one of the following:

  1. Remove all connection and mapping settings from the project before it is deployed, OR
  2. Use certain start session URL parameters (or their absence) to indicate that an interview should run anonymously. In this case it is up to a web service connector to recognize this combination of parameter, and to ensure that only public data is loaded into the interview.
