Load Application Data At the Start of an Interview

The Load action can be broken down into the following steps:

1. A Load request is sent to the connector to retrieve information required when an interview is started. For more information, see Receive a Request From Intelligent Advisor to Load Data.
2. A Load response returns the values for each of the requested tables and fields. For more information, see Send the Requested Data to Intelligent Advisor In the Required Format.
