Specify the Region In a Web Service Connector

Policy models created in Policy Modeling have their region set to suit the formatting requirements of the interview. In both Load and Save requests, the load-request or save-request element has an attribute which specifies this region, and the connector may need to utilize this information if it is responsible for parsing or formatting currency, dates or other values to a field designated as a STRING field.

Values passed as DECIMAL, DATE, DATETIME or TIMEOFDAY must be passed in a standard format, but the format in which these values will be displayed to the user of an Intelligent Advisor interview depends on the formatting preferences set within the policy model.
