Support Read-Only Data

If a field in a GetMetadata response has can-be-input="true" but can-be-output="false", then the field could be thought of as a read-only field. While the value which is loaded into a Policy Modeling attribute may be changed by the interviewee (if not prevented from doing so by the policy author), it cannot be included in an outgoing Save request to the same field because of the can-be-output="false" attribute. However, this does not prevent the Policy Modeling attribute from being mapped out to a different field.
