About Intelligent Advisor

Intelligent Advisor is designed to deliver consistent and auditable advice across channels and business processes by capturing rules in natural language and building interactive customer service experiences around those rules. There are two versions of Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service: Generation 1 and Generation 2.

Intelligent Advisor has the following capabilities:

  • Self-service advice - Empower customers to self-serve for simple and complex requests.

  • Agent guidance - Ensure agents provide consistent, personalized advice and decisions—across all channels, in any language.

  • Advice authoring - Configure powerful advice experiences without a programming background.

  • Advice analytics - Optimize experiences with by channel interview and decision analytics.

  • Decision services - Easily automate decisions and complex calculations within service workflows and batch processes.

  • Decision compliance - Transparently record and explain the advice given and the decisions made, ensuring compliance with company policies.

The Intelligent Advisor suite provides built-in connectivity with Oracle Fusion and B2C Service, and an adapter that allows Intelligent Advisor to be used in any Integration Cloud integration. There are various APIs and frameworks for integrating policies into other applications and processes.

Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub is where projects are managed, shared and deployed. It is also used to configure user permissions and connections.

Intelligent Advisor Hub provides:

  1. Project versioning and deployment
  2. Web-based authoring of custom-rendered interviews and decision flows
  3. Interview usage statistics
  4. Support for collaboration on multi-developer projects
  5. Configuration and management of connections to external applications
  6. General administrative tasks such as managing permissions and viewing message logs

Intelligent Advisor Hub is the conduit between Policy Modeling (the desktop modeling experience for policy experts) and all other Intelligent Advisor components, providing access to project, connection and user administration.
