Add Plain Text to a Rule Document

Plain text can be added to a rule document in a decision service or flow project to provide headings and explanations. This text sits outside of a rule block and uses one of the predefined styles.

All headings in the rule document are shown in the right hand panel in the rule editor, allowing you to jump to the rules in that section of the document, as well as see where you are in the document.

To add plain text to a rule document:

  1. In the rule editor, on a new line, click the menu button in the margin.
  2. In the drop-down menu, select the style for the plain text. The options are: Normal, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 and Heading 4.
