To log in to Intelligent Advisor Hub from Policy Modeling:
- In Policy Modeling on the Project tab, select the Hub subtab.
- In the Account section, click the Log in to Hub button.
- If you have logged in to a Hub recently, you will be automatically logged in to that Hub. To log in to a different Hub, see Change the Intelligent Advisor Hub for a Project.
- If you have not logged in to a Hub recently, you will be prompted to log in. In the Hub Login dialog:
- If the URL in the Hub field is correct, enter your username and password to log in.
- If the URL in the Hub field is not correct, enter a new URL and click Go. Then, when prompted to log in to that Hub, enter your username and password to log in.
Once you are logged in, the Account section on the Hub subtab will be updated to reflect this.
Note: If you receive a "trust failure" error message when logging in to the Hub, this is caused by the certificate authority not being trusted by Windows, for the certificate being used by the Hub application. In this case, you need to ensure that the certificate is listed as a trusted root certificate authority in your browser's settings. For example, in Google Chrome you can access this setting by going to Settings, then Privacy and security, then Security, then Advanced, then Manage device certificates, then Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
