Configure Checkpoints In Policy Modeling for Intelligent Advisor Interviews In Fusion

Using checkpoints in an Intelligent Advisor interview in Oracle Fusion, agents are able to resume the interview from a previously saved point.

Note: The connection details page in Intelligent Advisor Hub shows whether agent checkpoints are supported for the Oracle Fusion connection.

To configure checkpoints for Oracle Fusion, in Policy Modeling:

1. Choose a connector framework web service connection to Oracle Fusion for the project.
2. Select the Screens That Will Create Checkpoints.

When adding the Intelligent Advisor interview to Fusion classic interfaces as an action, you also need to use a groovy script that supports checkpoints.

Note: Checkpoints are only supported for interviews where the global object is loaded and updated at the end of the interview. Specifically, checkpoints are not supported in cases where the Global entity is mapped to an object created at the end of the interview. The Oracle Fusion connector will delete checkpoints on submit, provided that checkpoints is not selected for the Submit screen in Policy Modeling.
