Data Map to Oracle Fusion, B2C Service, Siebel, Or Another Specific Application

In order to load or save data from an Intelligent Advisor interview to a specified application, such as Oracle Fusion, B2C Service or Siebel, you need to map to the application's data model from within Policy Modeling. The process for this data mapping is as follows:

1. In Policy Modeling, on the Data tab, click Mapping settings.
2. In the Mapping Type dialog, select Load or save to Oracle Fusion, B2C Service, Siebel, or another specific application.
   
   
   
3. Click OK. If you are not already logged in to an Intelligent Advisor Hub, you will be prompted to log in. The Mapping Settings dialog opens.
4. Select the connection (that your Connections administrator has set up in Intelligent Advisor Hub to the other application). For more information, see Choose a Connector Framework Web Service Connection for a Project.
5. Map the data in the policy model to the appropriate tables and fields in the connected application. To do this you need to specify:
   • who the interview is for (Oracle B2C Service interviews only). For more information, see Specify Who the B2C Service Interview Is for.
   • which data (if any) you want to load at the start of the interview and where in the connected application this will come from. For more information, see Load Data Before an Interview Starts.
   • which data (if any) you want to load during the interview. For more information, see Load Data During an Interview.
   • which data (if any) you want to load after the interview user clicks a Submit button. For more information, see Load Data After Submitting an Interview.
   • which data (if any) you want to save after the interview and where in the connected application this will be saved to. For more information, see Save Data When an Interview Completes.
