Latest Version Interviews
Intelligent Advisor enables you to provide modern dynamic interactive interviews for customers on any channel. This is done by selecting Latest version as the styling version for the interview. (The alternative is August 2016 styling which applies the more limited interview styling and behavior available prior to Latest Version interviews.)
Key features of these Latest Version interviews are:
- Dynamic behavior: respond in real-time to customer input with calculated fields, calculated dynamic defaults, display of additional questions and so on.
- Live formatting: when the user leaves a field, attribute formatting is automatically applied, and mandatory fields are automatically checked.
- Live validation: the option to make errors and warnings appear on screen as soon as the user starts typing in the relevant input control.
- Enhanced navigation styles: single-line ribbon, train-stops, cleaner left hand menu, screen list within stages (when required) and configurable colors and icons
- Enhanced navigation behavior: all valid information on the current screen is now always kept, making free navigation between input screens much easier to use
- Restart and exit buttons: restart from any screen and exit to any other page
- New control types: Image Toggles, masked inputs, Switches, Sliders, password fields, time of day inputs and button groups.
- User location: capture the user's position on any screen enabling you to change interview behavior depending on the location of the user
- Improved explanation navigation: see any explanation detail in at most two clicks
- Enhanced timeout warnings: fully accessible timeout warnings that are now overlaid on the screen
