Add a New Form

To add a new form definition to a project:

  1. On the Projects tab, select the Forms subtab.

  2. Click the New button.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select the type of template file to create. The options are either:
    • RTF, or
    • PDF.

    A new form is added to the forms list.

    A new form is associated with the Global entity by default. To associate a form with a different entity, see Specify That a Form Belongs to a Particular Entity. Form template files are saved in the project in the /FormTemplates/<locale> folder.

Note: If you intend to generate the form as an accessible PDF document, you should use an RTF form template that generates in PDF/UA format. For more information, see Design Accessible Interviews.
