Identify and Manage Risks of the Project

Take the time to set up a mechanism for capturing and managing risks to an Intelligent Advisor project as they occur. Some common risks to rule projects are:

  • Lack of timely access to the policy expert may create incorrect modeling or delay testing.
  • Lack of a single decision maker. You need to identify a single person to resolve any design or policy issues.
  • Team inexperience. Include a plan for how you will seek help if your team is unsure of the best way to implement the system.
