Create a Translation File
You can easily add a policy model translation to an existing project. It is advisable to add a translation of a policy model only after the bulk of policy model development is complete. This will minimize the amount of rework needed in the translation if the main policy model changes after the translation is done. Note that the policy model cannot have a translation for the project language of the policy model, or two translations for the same locale setting.
To create a translation file:
- On the Project tab, select the Language subtab.
- In the Translations section of the language view, click Add.
- In the New Translation File dialog, select the Locale for your new policy model translation, based on the relevant language and region, and click OK.
The new translation document is added to the translations list.
Note that the new translation file will be shown in the translations list as containing errors initially. This is because the translations are yet to be provided.
