Add Forms to Screens
A form control must be added to a screen to allow the user to generate and view a form. (To do this you need to have already created the form that you want to link to. For more information on this, see Create Or Modify a Form.) During an interview, a form control is shown on a screen as a link, which generates and displays the form when the interview user clicks on it.

It is possible to set up your interview to generate and save a copy of a form to an external application (whether or not the interview user actually clicks a form link to generate their own copy of the form). For more information, see Save a Generated Form to a Connected Application.
