Review the Attachment of Generated Files
For forms, transcripts and signatures that are attached to an interview, you can use the Details view for the Submit screen in the Debugger to check that:
- the correct files will be attached on submit. For more information on saving files, see Save a Generated Form to a Connected Application and Save an Interview Transcript to a Connected Application.
- the conditions controlling when a file will be attached are operating as expected. You can click the Why? link to display the Decision view for the attribute used to control when a file is attached. For more information on applying conditions to the attachment of files, see Configure a Generated Form to Attach Conditionally and Configure an Interview Transcript to Attach Conditionally.
- the file type for a form is correct. To see this information, hover over the icon before the form name. For more information on output formats for form attachments, see Specify the Output Format of the Uploaded Form.
- the file name for a form is correct. For more information, see Change the File Name of the Form Being Uploaded.
- the entity that a form will attach to is correct. For more information, see Specify the Entity to Attach the Uploaded Form to.
- the form itself generates correctly. You can click on the form link to open the form. If the form is not displaying as you would expect, see Troubleshooting Guide for Forms.
- the interview transcript generates correctly. You can click on the transcript link to open the JSON file.
- the signature image that will be attached is correct. You can click on a signature link to display the signature image file.
Tip: Submit screens are shown with a save icon in the left hand pane of the Interview tab in the Debugger.
