Review a Form Generated From an Interview
If there are any forms (for example, assessment notices or personalized claim forms) available in an interview, these should be reviewed in the Debugger.
For forms that are visible to the end-user, you should use the form link on the interview screen to check that:
- the form link text on the interview screen displays as expected. For more information, see Configure the Appearance of a Form Link.
- the browser behavior when you click the form link is as expected. For more information, see Configure the Browser Link Behavior.
- the form file name is as expected (if a customized name has been defined). For more information, see Configure the Generated Form Name.
- the form file type is as expected. For more information, see Specify the File Type for a Form.
- the form generates as expected and contains all of the relevant information. If not, see the Troubleshooting Guide for Forms.
For forms that are not visible to the end-user, you can click the form link in the Details view for the Submit screen in the Debugger to display the form. You should check that the form generates as expected and contains all of the relevant information. If not, see the Troubleshooting Guide for Forms. You should also check that the form is going to be attached to the interview correctly. For more information, see Review the Attachment of Generated Files.
Tip: For all forms, you should also check that the form has been validated against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for accessibility. For more information, see Design Accessible Interviews.
