Getting Started with Oracle Service Monitoring for Connected Assets

Monitor your connected assets using the Internet of Things (IoT) and integrate with Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud. Manage your assets effectively and reduce overall maintenance costs. Track the real-time location, health, and utilization of your assets. View your assets and analytics on the dashboard, and automate actions based on predictive insights from your business applications.

Oracle Service Monitoring for Connected Assets is a version of Oracle IoT Asset Monitoring Cloud Service that includes integrations with Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud.

You can access Oracle Service Monitoring for Connected Assets from the following URL:

https://hostname/smca

Here, hostname is the host name of your Oracle IoT Cloud Service instance.

After logging in, you are placed in the Operations Center for your organization.

Available Features

All the features in Oracle Internet of Things Asset Monitoring Cloud Service are available for this version. Additionally, this version includes integrations with Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud. For information on how to configure these integrations, see:
