View Incidents

View the list of incidents for all your factories. Managers can view general statistics that provide a clear picture of the health of their factories and the current amount of maintenance work. Maintenance technicians can view the list of work and update the status of the incidents.

Search

Filter your incident list by priority, reported date, edited date, status, type, and summary.

Export

Export the incident data to a comma separated (CSV) file. You can use this file to view the list of incidents in a spreadsheet editor, or to import the incidents to other applications that accept this format.

View Incident Details

View the status, priority, type, summary, and dates when the incident was reported and edited for the last time. To view more details, click Edit Edit icon.

View Statistics

View pie chart diagrams with the total incidents grouped by status, priority, and type.

Edit

Click Edit Edit icon to update the incident status, withdraw the incident, or add comments. You can also edit the incident details such as the summary and the description, and view details such as the factory and machine where the incident occurred.

View Incidents for a Specific Factory

In the Factory view, click Incident icon to view the list of incidents for this specific factory. You can filter this list by production line, product, routing task, priority, reported time, status, type, and summary.

In the Machine view, click Incident icon to view the list of incidents for this specific factory. You can filter this list by production line, product, routing task, priority, reported time, status, type, and summary.
