This guide's intended for anyone who's involved in importing and exporting business data in Oracle Loyalty Cloud, and it discusses both standard and optimized import modes. This guide assumes that your company's Oracle Loyalty Cloud service is up and running at a basic level, as described in the Getting Started with Your Sales Implementation and the Implementing Loyalty guides.
