LOY_TEMPLATE_TABLE
This is not a table to be used for the application development purpose. It can be used as a template table that has all 'Who Columns' pre-created and ready to be used that does not need to be created again and again everytime you create a new table. Simply you need to right click on this table name and select 'Use as a Template'.
