Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service

Overview

Oracle CrowdTwist integrates with Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service using real-time API calls to empower retailers to power some of the most advanced loyalty programs. This integration was developed by Oracle to provide a seamless integration. Members can identify themselves via email address, phone number, first + last name, or checkin code.

Capabilities are as follows:

• Member creation and member look up
• Temporary member ID look up
• Look up available rewards to members
• Send transactional information to issue points to members
• Print customized recent trailers based on loyalty status (member vs non-member)
• Add points/rewards to member accounts for mediation
• Multiple members per check (check splitting)
