Adding code redemption groups
Code redemption groups give members a single place to redeem codes from any number of grouped campaigns.
Clients can configure a code redemption widget with a campaign group, allowing members to redeem against any of the campaigns in that group through a single input. This improves the member experience for clients who have multiple redemption campaigns running.
To create a code redemption group:
- In Control Center, navigate to Activities > Code Redemption > Groups.
- Click Add Group.

Configure the details for your code redemption group:
- Name: Specify a name for your code redemption group.
- Description: Provide a description for your code redemption group.
- Code Input field name: Specify the text that you want to appear in the widget for the code input field name (e.g. Enter your Codes here)

Included Campaigns: Choose one or more code campaigns to check against. You can click Add Campaign to include as many campaigns as you want.
Note: Codes must be unique between all campaigns. A code redemption group does not display the included campaigns' terms of service documents, sample receipts, or additional questions.
Note: Campaigns that are already included in a group or have code files in processing are not displayed.
- Click Create.
