Adding automated reports of the redemption log

The redemption log is a tool that displays all the rewards that have been redeemed and allows filtering by category and date redeemed.

You can set up a report to be sent automatically (daily, weekly or monthly) via email.

To add an automated report of the redemption log:

1. In Control Center, navigate to Rewards > Redemption Log.
2. Click Automated Reports.
3. Click Add Automated Report.
4. Configure the details for your automated report:
   • Report Name
     • Name: Specify the name of the automated report.
   • Filter
     • Reward Types: Select one or more reward types to include in the automated report (i.e. Standard, Download, Coupon).
     • Reward Fulfillment: 
       • Automatic: Select this checkbox if you want to include Automatic Reward redemptions in the report
   • Recurrence
     • Is Enabled?: Enable this option if you want to enable the sending of the report. The reports will not be sent unless they are enabled.
     • Recurrence: Specify the frequency in which to send the report (i.e. Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
   • Report Recipients
     • Recipients: Specify the email addresses of all recipients, separated by commas.
5. Click Preview.
6. Click Add Automated Report.
