Getting started with programs
A program gives members the option to redeem rewards by completing activities.

Program types
There are two types of programs:

A points program is a program type in which members earn points for various actions and use those points to redeem rewards.

A non-points program is a program type in which members are encouraged to complete activities and get rewarded based on activities completed; points as a currency will not be displayed.
